“I booked with this hotel online. When I arrived, I was told there were no rooms available, and I’d have to stay across the way at another hotel, which was not comparable in quality. It was dark and dated and not at all what I wanted. I can’t really speak abt what The Fontana is like, other than to say I never stayed there because they didn’t honor their commitment to me.”

“Nothing specific, we liked the location, across the street from the museum we were going to.”

“Generally a good trip. There was some wear and tear to the property and one of the elevators didn’t work. Would have given better stars, but an employee knocked on our door waking us up at 9am and then just walked in after I said please come later. He said something in our room was dripping but no faucets were on, and as we hadn’t used the shower. We got in very late the night prior and I was irritated that this employee woke us up and then just walked into our room.”

“We used this hotel because it was right across the street from Gainbridge Fieldhouse, where the Fever were playing. It was very convenient. We ate at the restaurant at the hotel and the food and drinks were good. Loved the waiter and the bartender. The room was clean. The breakfast wasn't great (cold French toast), but it was free so can't complain too much. The parking was very expensive (over $50.00 for one night), but it, too, was very convenient and probably parking anywhere downtown……

“Great quick visit to Indianapolis and LOVED the hotel. Great staff, clean room, we even got a dip in the pool which was so relaxing after walking around all day. The breakfast and reception were highlights for us!”

“I liked the location for a quick walk to the Murat for a concert. Having a fridge in the room was great for storing food overnight. When I was able to get ahold of the staff, they were helpful, however, I called the front desk 5 or 6 times and only got an answer once. Before I say anything else though, it seems like a staffing issue. Every time I talked to anyone in person, they were super helpful. The AC unit in the room wasn’t working so I was trying to either get it fixed or switch my room.……
